Daily Bliss – March 10

Daily Bliss

New perspectives guide her heart
Turning fear into ambition
And sadness into love
As she cruises down the highway of her mind
Thoughts flowing free
To her next adventure

Daily Bliss – October 7

Daily Bliss

Not black

Not white

Her heart, mixed

Two extremes woven together

Become a gray area

Where no thought becomes too rooted

In the notion that black and white

Is the only way to see

The Unraveling

Poetic Healing

The unraveling of my existence
Came in tiny pockets of air
And restless sleep,
Enveloped in the darkest of nights,
Unable to turn thoughts to sleep,
Instead, turning a weary mind to dreams of undoing,
Blended into days without structure
Or form,
Built around hours, minutes, seconds,
But not meaning,
Disrupted,
Floating,
Wrought with self-doubt
And indecision

Yet in the unraveling,
New birth is realized,
Not a starting over
But rather opening to a new perspective,
Like waking from a dream
And finding it all to be true

No chains, only freedom
No illusion, only truth
No suffering, only love

Daily Bliss – May 29

Daily Bliss

The Angels remind us that the mountains looming in the distance only need be treacherous if we chose to see them that way.  There will always be peaks and valleys; how we choose to transverse them is up to us.

Daily Bliss – March 1

Daily Bliss

The Angels remind us that when we find ourselves in full go mode, we can make time for feeling and being, if only for a moment, which allows us the perspective and expansiveness to keep going, or possibly, slow down.

Daily Bliss – January 31

Daily Bliss

The Angels remind us that when our beliefs are challenged, we have the opportunity to stop and ask, “Is is true?” And sometimes we find what we thought we knew was actually misguided, outdated, or just plain wrong.  And there is no harm in taking a new, more enlightened path.
