The Angels remind us that our inner desire to serve and help is dormant leadership potential. We’ve got this fire inside and it longs to be given a spark.
Awaken. Heal. Inspire.

The gears, they turn
And they churn,
Keep turning out
More folks asleep,
Angry,
Nowhere to direct their fear
And so the cycle continues,
Fear in, anger out,
Until someone sees the light,
Their own light,
Shining in in the dim recess of the mind,
A glimpse into the eternal soul
And then comes the shift,
The lift,
Light in, joy out
And the gears, they turn,
Churning out folks awake,
Ready to take
Steps to be the shift,
Steps to lift up
Others to the light

The Angels remind us that we are all leaders in our own right. Each day, we have the opportunity to teach, to coach, to inspire those around us with only the energy we put out. Today, will our energy be inspiration for someone else in need?
The Angels remind us that leadership is not about being “in charge”. It’s taking charge of ourselves–our emotions, actions, and healing and growth needs–and holding authentic space for others to do the same. We have opportunties to be an example of this every day, if we’re willing to take the leap.

The Angels remind us that we must own our purpose, even if we don’t yet know what it is. We can’t stay on the sidelines, waiting for others to be the light. The world needs our leadership now; even quiet, humble leaders can and do make a difference through simple daily actions in the direction of the light.
