She’s been given a gift
And it grows as she grows
And magnifies as she expands
And if she tends to it
It becomes a part of her
Her offering to a world
That so longingly needs
The gift of her wholeness
Awaken. Heal. Inspire.
She’s been given a gift
And it grows as she grows
And magnifies as she expands
And if she tends to it
It becomes a part of her
Her offering to a world
That so longingly needs
The gift of her wholeness
Everywhere she looked, she saw them
From the corner of her eye
In the sky, the trees, the water
Even her own reflection
Their wings carrying the strength
She so desperately needed
Dare she believe
That she too deserved this gift,
That she could fly this free?
The Angels remind us that perseverance doesn’t always mean never giving up. Knowing when to stop is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves.
The Angels remind us that we all have a problem that, when solved, benefits not only ourselves but others as well, if we are willing to not only do the work but share our knowledge, our light, in return. A gift of grace for ourselves and others.
The Angels remind us that daring to go out and be who we feel we are inside is the greatest compliment to our souls that we can give; to let ourselves live free in the world as we truly are is a gift to all.
The Angels remind us that courage and perseverance are gifts we all possess to guide us on the path of taking care of ourselves in the best ways possible, even when that requires leaving something behind in exchange for something better.
