Today, I choose wholeness
In my body,
In my mind,
In my soul
For all the world,
I choose wholeness
Releasing of the energetic stains
Of past transgressions
Accepting of the light of true salvation
Opening of my mind to the gifts
Which lie before and within me
I choose wholeness
On this day,
In this moment,
Forever more,
When I am flying,
When I need reminding,
With my arms open in service,
With my heart heavy in prayer,
I choose wholeness

The Angels remind us to walk this day in peace of mind, body, and spirit, that others may know peace as well.
The Angels remind us to take time for rest, to allow our bodies to be idle, our minds to slow down, our souls to be nourished so that we may rise up even stronger into the light of our own power.
The Angels remind us that we are enough — this body, this mind, this heart, this life — just as we are. May no one convince us otherwise.
The Angels remind us that we carry pain and stress and worry in our bodies as well as our energy fields. When the body hurts, we can ask, what am I not seeing? What am I unwilling to see?
The Angels remind us that what we know as truth is held in our bodies, as relaxation or tension, pain or pleasure, tightness of breath or deep inhaling. Our bodies show what our souls already know.
