
Change can be hard.
We hold so tight, often to situations that no longer have the same value to us. Or that we no longer add value to.
Because it’s comfortable. Because we’re nice. Because we’ve always done it that way.
Whatever reason we tell ourselves.
But how much are we losing to hold on so tightly? As importantly, how are we inadvertently holding others back in the process?
When we step out of situations, we not only free up space for ourselves, we create space for others to step in.
It’s not selfish to know when something is done. It’s selfish to know and not allow the space to pass on.
